                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN 
                   ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT WITH DOWNS 
                   ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED, DATED FEBRUARY 25, 
                   1991, TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION 
                   SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT NO. SWM-1-93 
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE 
                   THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($139,100.00).
                   
                   
                                                      
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
       execution of an Addendum to the Agreement with Downs Engineering, 
       Incorporated, dated February 25, 1991, to provide engineering and 
       inspection services for Construction Project No. SWM-1-93 for a 
       consideration of $139,100.00.
